The people experiencing perimenopause and menopause at work already hold insights their organizations need. Periscope begins by creating a thoughtful way to hear them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through ethnographic interviews and other qualitative research, we surface lived experiences that can be difficult to see in policies, benefits, or workforce data alone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
